We were delighted to launch our new brand style at the Partnership’s recent AGM. The brand guide has been developed in association with Pinkdotinc, a Sheffield based design agency, who has truly reflected what we were after.
We wanted to take the existing logo and work around the colour palettes but also introduce a fresh style using a secondary colour palette. The vibrant colours of our ‘stripes’ (top right of the newsletter) have been used for a few issues now. We wanted to use these to represent the three lines.
The maroon reflects the Midland mainline colour for the Hope Valley; the blue represents the Buxton line and the association with water; the green is for the Glossop line and the hills that surround our three stations on that line.
Our first publication is the Annual Report, which was approved at the recent AGM, and received much praise from our members.
