Grab a cuppa for Brew Monday.

It’s Brew Monday – the third Monday of January when Samaritans invite everyone to take time for a cuppa and a chat.

The simple aim of Brew Monday is to encourage relatives, colleagues, friends and neighbours to check in with each other over a favourite brew. January can be a hopeful time of year for some people and more challenging for others; however you’re feeling, taking the time to talk about it with someone you trust can increase your sense of wellbeing.

High Peak and Hope Valley Community Rail Partnership would like to invite you to check in with someone over a drink of your choice today – and what better place to meet a friend than in the wonderful independent cafes and venues in High Peak and Hope Valley.
