Rail travel advice during the Corona Virus crisis

Clearly the current situation due to the Corona Virus outbreak is making life difficult for everyone and the train companies are having to make daily decisions about which trains they can run. They are trying to maintain a service on every route which they operate but due to the non-availability of some of their own staff, it may not be possible to run as many trains as normal.

The general advice for passengers is to consider firstly whether your journey is essential, and secondly to check the latest train information before you set off.
